Hi folks! We've started a new Carpe Diem Program. If you have a student who is headed off to college this fall, I hope you will check us out! Please share! Thanks!

Got a student heading off to college this fall? Help them feel prepared, empowered, and ready with Mini Diem — a 4-hour, evidence-based program designed to help first-year students navigate the alcohol and drug culture on campus.
In a small, supportive group, students learn about:
✅ What counts as a standard drink & BAC
✅ How to recognize alcohol poisoning & what to do
✅ NC’s Medical Amnesty Policy
✅ Potential legal issues
✅ How substances affect the developing brain

 Details:
 $150 for two 2-hour virtual sessions
 Groups capped at 20 students
 Summer schedule is based on interest & availability
Give them the tools to make safer, smarter choices before stepping onto campus.
