If you are a NC resident age 18 or older, please share your thoughts and experiences about some important health issues in our state.

After completing the survey, you can enter a drawing to win a gift card prize worth up to $500.

The North Carolina Secure Medication Storage Survey is sponsored by the NC Department of Health and Human Services and is being conducted by Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation. The 2024 North Carolina Secure Medication Storage Survey is coming SOON!

North Carolina residents aged 18 or older will be invited to participate in an anonymous statewide survey related to secure medication storage and safe medication disposal.

Eligible adults please check our page for updates and be on the lookout for posts and ads about this survey. Survey participants will be eligible to enter a drawing for a gift card. A $100 gift card winner will be drawn each week of the survey, and a grand prize gift card worth $500 will be drawn at the end of the survey period.
