Miss Samantha with Kansas Works came to our middle school summer program to share some pretty amazing technology with the kids! The kids got to use VR (virtual reality) goggles to experience working in an emergency room, performing a knee surgery, constructing a warehouse, demolition, car repair and a few other things! We plan to have Miss Samantha come for technology class twice a month all summer! Thank you for sharing this resource with our kids!!

VBS had a competition between the boys and girls to see who could bring in the most donations for the week. If the boys brought more than Miss Carolyn would get wet, if the girls brought more then Miss Chelsey would get wet….the BOYS brought in more money! Miss Carolyn came prepared in her rain gear! Miss Chelsey decided she would join Miss Carolyn in an effort to show we never have to do hard things alone 🫶🏻. Miss Janae and Miss Brielle may have enjoyed poring the water a little too much! We are blessed to have these two leaders in Christ sharing the gospel and God’s great love with our kids!! Thank you to all the volunteers that made VBS a great experience for the kids!
