Coaches are preparing words of encouragement and prayer.

It’s about pastors and church leaders coming alongside the next generation of church planters and saying:

Someday when we have more people.
Someday when we have more money.
Someday when things slow down.
Someday when we feel more ready.

And that day just… never comes.
