Pastors, as you prepare to gather with your church tomorrow morning, here’s a question worth sitting with:

What are you doing to multiply?

Not just growing attendance, adding programs, or attempting to fill volunteer roles.

Are you making disciples who are equipped to make disciples?

Are you developing leaders who can develop other leaders?

Are you creating space for people to discover their gifts, step into ministry, and eventually be sent out?

Multiplication doesn’t always begin with a big initiative. Often, it starts quietly, with an intentional conversation, an investment in an emerging leader, or a willingness to give someone else an opportunity to lead.

So this Sunday, as you look around the room, consider:

Who are you discipling? Who are you developing? Who are you preparing to send?

A healthy church doesn’t just ask, “How do we reach more people?” It also asks, “How do we equip the people God has already entrusted to us to go and reach others?”

What would it look like to join Passion for Planting's Distance Residency?

4 times through the 9 month cohort you would meet in person. This gives you the opportunity for deeper connection and collaborative work. During the rest of the 9 months, you meet weekly to learn from experts who have gone before you. It's work. It will push you closer to what God has for you and your church plant, but the reward is eternal.

Today is the final day to apply for this year's Passion for Planting Residency.

Nine months with experienced coaches, a community of fellow church planters, and practical training.

This is the time to develop a clear strategy for moving from calling to action.

We believe God is still calling men to plant healthy, multiplying churches.

In just over a month we will be sharing photos of the cohorts first in person gathering. Will you be in it?
