The Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia (PANV) wants to welcome a new paralegal association to Region IV - Chester County Paralegal Association and the newest member association to NFPA! The PANV delegates had the privilege of meeting the President/NFPA Primary and NFPA Secondary Delegate from Chester County at the Region IV meeting held on May 4, in Harrisburg, PA!
