Afghan Rural Schools (ARS) is a 501(c)3 charity based in Chantilly, Virginia. Its mission is to ensure that Afghanistan’s rural schoolchildren get a good education. ARS’s is currently raising money to establish a computer training center in Khas Kunar, Kunar, Afghanistan.
