Great Big Cubs Hugs is Aiden & Alexis' mission to gather cuddle friends to donate to various groups and organizations throughout the year.

We received a phone call from yesterday and they want to do a Cuddle Drive with their students! We're so excited to have them on as part of bringing smiles to kids' faces, we can't wait to see how many stuffed animals they gather for children going through tough times!!!

We have taken two large loads of stuffed animals to Hershey for this seasons . We are going for ! Yes, the record back and so many smiles to be delivered!

Look at all of these smiles gathered at last weekend. We can't believe how quickly this bin is filling and overflowing! , Josh and Aiden gathered give bags full and it looks like over 300 smiles for .

The bin will remain at SkateQuest Reston throughout the summer, donate when you can!

Yesterday, a great pickup at in Reston, VA. The box was busting at the seams again! The box will be there throughout the summer and into the fall and winter. We also have these going up to Hershey already to be stored for the big game next season!

Thank you for supporting our last Saturday at the . We were able to gather almost 100 more Cuddle friends that will make their way to Central PA in the next couple of weeks and be stored for next season. Many smiles were delivered this weekend! Thank you for your help.

What a great surprise tonight at to find this donation bin literally busting at the seams!!! Filled to the top, we are taking some of these up to Hershey this weekend to be stored until the big game next season.

Thank you for having us conduct a this morning at your Opening Day Parade. We're excited to add the stuffed animals gathered today to the donation going to the kids of Central PA.

If you were unable to donate today, please send us a DM and we will be happy to set up a pickup. We are also looking at holding another with later this season.

Come join us at tomorrow for the Reston-Herndon Little League Opening Day Parade. We'll have a drop-off box near the start of the Parade on Market Street (near the Pavilion) and will also accept drop offs at the stage in the park down Market Street where the ceremonies will take place. Line-up starts around 8 a.m., Ceremonies at 9 a.m.

New and gently used stuffed animals are welcome, and we hope to see you there!!!

How We Got The Name

Dads give great hugs and our dad always gives us “great big bear hugs”. When he gets a hug from us, he says it’s a “great big cub hug”. Since we want to deliver all these cuddle friends and deliver all these hugs, we decided the name “Great Big Cub Hugs” would be a way for us to deliver those hugs to kids like us.

We hope you’ll join us and help us deliver some great big cub hugs to kids who need them. Our goal this first year is to contribute 1,000 cuddle friends to the Hershey Bears Teddy Bear Toss in December. The friends will then be delivered to children throughout Central Pennsylvania through a variety of organizations that work with the Bears.
