Today, our Cub Scouts crushed a 2.5-mile hike at Conway Robinson State Forest! 🌳💪 We climbed over roots, dodged rocks, and laughed the whole way—all while following Leave No Trace principles. 🌿✨ The only things we took were memories and a whole lot of giggles (and maybe a little dirt on our shoes). Proud of these outdoor adventurers for showing the forest some love! 🥾💚

📢 **Scouting for Food Alert!** 📢

Our amazing Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and local Girl Scouts are out in full force today, tagging houses for Scouting for Food!🚪🪧 This is a huge community effort to refill the shelves at the Western Fairfax Christian Ministries Food Pantry and we can't do it without YOU! 🫶

Here's how you can help: **Leave your donations out next Saturday, November 9, by 8:30 AM** for our scouts to collect. Together, we can make a real difference and provide for families in need this holiday season.

Tonight our scouts gathered for their camping prep meeting. They made desserts, learned how to build different campfire set ups, and how to set up tents. Who’s ready to go camping?

1459 is hosting a tent at Parktoberfest today! Boats, bass, and balloons. It’s going to be a great day!

And swing by the CVS on 50 and Centreville road to support our scouts at their popcorn booth today! Only one more weekend of popcorn sales for our scouts

Our cub scouts beat the heat today at Burke Lake on a two mile geocaching adventure. All caches found and ice cream for all at the end! What fun on a hot July day!

What a night for our Boats and Floats event! It was so much fun we forgot to take photos 😂

Paper airplane designs. Bubble experiments. Raingutter Regatta. And tons of ice cream and rootbeer floats!

While we can’t show you the fun, enjoy our newest water bottle sticker designs.

What’s a three mile hike while you’re geocaching along the way? These Webelos will be sleeping GOOD tonight after searching, hiking, so so so much running, and a little parkour on their Webelos Walkabout. 4 out of 5 caches found at Burke Lake. Not bad for their first time!
