Mud. Rain. Gravel. Growth. ⛈️

The inaugural Generations in Motion team showed up at Life Time UNBOUND Gravel ready for an unforgettable weekend... and they got one!

Representing National Interscholastic Cycling Association - NICA, five student-athletes were selected to serve as ambassadors for UNBOUND Gravel’s first-ever Generations in Motion campaign! 👏

Before race day, they joined gravel cycling legend Yuri Hauswald on the expo’s main stage, sharing their experiences with cycling, community, and the impact youth cycling has had on their lives.

Their authenticity, confidence, and passion reminded us exactly why investing in the next generation matters.💚

Then came race day. Faced with relentless thunderstorms, deep mud, and conditions unlike anything they had experienced before, these athletes demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and grit across the Flint Hills.

We’re incredibly proud of these young leaders and grateful they chose to share their voices, stories, and race weekend with us!

The UNBOUND Gravel courses are out. Now hear firsthand how former UNBOUND Gravel winner Yuri Hauswald plans to tackle his 13th year on the course, starting dead last, all while helping build a local bike park in the Emporia community! 🚲

Gravel Racing Hall of Famer Yuri Hauswald is coming out of retirement to take on the 200 one more time. But this time, he’s starting DEAD LAST… on purpose. 🚴🏼

Through the Life Time Foundation’s “Chase the Race” challenge, Yuri will spend 200 miles chasing down the field and turning every rider he passes into real, local impact. 💚

His goal: Raise $50,000 that will go back into the local community, supporting initiatives that advance the next generation of health and wellness in Emporia.

Earth Month is a reminder that our health is deeply connected to the world around us, and why Life Time Foundation believes in investing to protect it. 🌎

For Life Time Team Member and ultrarunner, Barbara Powell, that connection is felt on the trails. Through our partnership with —including a $1 million grant in 2024—we’re helping restore whitebark pine, a vital species that supports entire mountain ecosystems.

The energy last weekend was unreal. 🔥

More than 21,000 people showed up across Life Time clubs for Move for a Life Time — all moving for something bigger!

Together, we raised over $850k to support kids’ health through Children’s Miracle Network and the Life Time Foundation. 💚💙

Let’s keep building the momentum! Fundraising remains open through April 7, so there’s still plenty of time to be part of the movement.

Cheers to a successful first year of Move for a Life Time — proof that when we move together, the impact goes far beyond the club walls.
