If anyone has these reusable grocery bags that they no longer use or want, I’d gladly take them! We can use them for our hourly drawings and giveaways at Burgoo. We are also still collecting store bags and gift bags. They can be from any store, holiday, or size. Please share to help spread the word!

Our 1st order will be going in tomorrow morning at 10am. Any order received after that will go on our next order for mid July. We have had a big turnout with this year’s design! If you prefer a thicker/heavier material than this soft-style Bella, we are able to get 100% cotton t-shirts as well. You just need to specify that to us:)

Burgoo 2025 T-Shirt Design & Colors have been released! We will begin taking orders today. You can make an order online by reaching out to a committee member or responding to this post. However your order will not be processed until we have payment. Forms of payment can be cash, check, or Venmo. We will be leaving order forms tomorrow (Thursday 6/19) at Cass Quickstop, Daugherty’s Pub, Duke & Joannie’s, and the Village Hall. First order will be placed on Monday, June 30th!

Plans are underway for our new village sign on Highway 78. After lots of discussion with IDOT, we decided to purchase a small piece of property from Jim and Dorothy Reed to make things simpler with our project. The hopes is to have it completed by mid-August if all goes well!
