Wow, I cannot believe the turnout for the Pork Chop fundraiser. We sold out all 100 pork chops in two hours. I would like to thank the community for their generosity and support of our little post in Chandlerville. Without your support we would not be able to supply the cemetery with grave marker flags and keep our little post building open. I also would like to thank G for the use of his fine establishment and the many things that he donated to the Legion. If not for him, this would not have been possible. Thanks to 440 custom meats for preparing the pork chops, which were very delicious. Thanks, one last time for our great community coming through for us.

My name is Don Siltman and I am the president of the Chandlerville Alumni. I am reaching out to the community and social media. To find any active military people who graduated from Chandlerville High School or are Chandlerville residents that have graduated from A/C Central High School, so they can recognize them at the annual Alumni meeting in June. If you know of anyone that fits the criteria, please respond with their name and what year they graduated.

Gary was a past commander of the Chandlerville American Legion Post # 694 and did great things to help out our little post and community. We're so very sorry for your loss. Our small community and post will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers.
