💛 President’s Message 💛

✨ Celebrating Legacy & Looking Ahead ✨

As summer begins to wind down ☀️, I find myself reflecting on what a meaningful month it has been for our Women’s Council of REALTORS® East Valley network.

Our **Legacy Luncheon** 🏆 was truly special. It gave us an opportunity to come together not simply as real estate professionals, but as women and leaders who are building something that extends far beyond our individual careers. 🤝💛

Legacy isn’t measured only by the number of homes we sell 🏡, awards we receive 🏆, or years we spend in this business. **Legacy is measured by the people we impact along the way.**

✨ It is the colleague we encourage.
🌱 The new REALTOR® we mentor.
🏡 The client whose family we help move into their first home.
💛 The friendships we build.
🚪 The doors we open for the women coming behind us.

Looking around the room at our Legacy Luncheon reminded me just how much experience, talent and leadership exists within our organization. 🌟 Every woman has a story, and every one of us has the opportunity to leave this industry, and our community, better than we found it.

And somehow, here we are already approaching the end of summer! ☀️ As vacations wind down 🏖️, children head back to school 🎒📚 and we begin moving into the final months of the year, this is a wonderful time to **reconnect and refocus.** There is still so much opportunity ahead of us in 2026. ✨

I encourage each of you to **finish the year intentionally.** 💫

📅 Attend a meeting.
👭 Invite another REALTOR® to join you.
🤝 Introduce yourself to someone you don’t know.
💼 Support one of our strategic partners.
🌱 Mentor someone.
🙋‍♀️ Ask for help when you need it.
💛 Most importantly, continue investing in the relationships that make WCREV so special.

**We are not simply building successful careers. We are building a legacy.** 🏆💛
