Arizona East Valley Young Marines is proud to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the Young Marines who represented their units with dedication, professionalism, and leadership throughout the National Leadership Academy – Junior Leadership School.

Summer Class 2-2026 🎓

The day everyone has been waiting for has finally arrived - Graduation Day! 🇺🇸

Today, we celebrate the incredible accomplishments of all the Young Marines who successfully completed the National Leadership Academy – Junior Leadership School, Summer Class 2-2026.

From the moment they arrived, these young leaders accepted every challenge placed before them. Through evaluations, physical fitness training, leadership classes, Close Order Drill, inspections, and team-building exercises, they were tested mentally and physically while developing the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills needed to continue their journey as leaders.

Each challenge conquered, each lesson learned, and each standard achieved helped shape these Young Marines into stronger, more capable leaders. Their dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and commitment to excellence are accomplishments they should be extremely proud of.

Graduation is more than a certificate—it is a recognition of the character, resilience, and leadership these Young Marines demonstrated throughout their time at the academy. The growth they achieved will continue to impact their units, communities, and the people they lead.

🇺🇸 East Valley Young Marines at National Leadership Academy
Junior Leadership School – Summer Class 2-2026

We are proud to share the continued growth and accomplishments of our Young Marines as they take part in the National Leadership Academy – Junior Leadership School.

Days 3 and 4 brought even more opportunities for learning, growth, and leadership development. Through intensive classroom instruction, our Young Marines are gaining valuable knowledge that is helping shape their character, strengthen their decision-making, and reinforce the leadership traits they have been building throughout the academy.

Each lesson challenges them to think critically, lead with integrity, and understand the true meaning of service and responsibility. These experiences are helping prepare them to become stronger leaders within their units and communities.

Their training in Close Order Drill (COD) continues to improve through dedication, repetition, self-discipline, precision, and accuracy. Every movement reinforces the importance of teamwork, confidence, attention to detail, and maintaining the high standards expected of a Young Marine leader.

From classroom learning and drill instruction to hands-on challenges and team-building opportunities, our Young Marines continue to demonstrate perseverance, commitment, and a desire to improve every day.

A special thank you goes out to the Executive Chefs for providing outstanding meals throughout the academy. Your hard work and dedication behind the scenes keep our Young Marines energized, focused, and ready to take on each new challenge. We truly appreciate all that you do!

East Valley Young Marines is incredibly proud of the progress being made and the leaders these young men and women are becoming. Keep pushing forward the finish line is in sight, and every challenge overcome is another step toward becoming exceptional leaders. 💪🇺🇸

Junior Leadership School Summer Class 2-2026

Another outstanding day at Junior Leadership School!

One of today's biggest milestones was the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) the event these Young Marines have been preparing and training for. Through all five events, they demonstrated determination, resilience, and the dedication that comes from putting in the hard work.

Another highlight was Uniform Inspection, where military bearing, attention to detail, and pride in wearing the Young Marines uniform were on full display.

The day also included leadership classes, ditties, Close Order Drill (COD), and team-building activities that encouraged communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. Every challenge provided another opportunity for these young leaders to grow and learn.

It's inspiring to watch these Young Marines push themselves, support one another, and embrace every opportunity to become stronger leaders.

We're honored to be part of this experience and look forward to another great day of learning and leadership.

The Arizona East Valley Young Marines are proud to be here supporting Young Marines from across the country begin their journey of growth, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

From check-in to meeting fellow Young Marines and preparing for the week ahead, Day 1 marked the start of an exciting experience filled with opportunities to learn, lead, and challenge themselves.

We're honored to be part of this experience and look forward to seeing these young leaders continue to grow throughout the week.
