Careful with guest vehicles parked on street in front of your home after midnight. (Rule: no parking 12-6am.) Alicante resident had friends recently towed at 12:15am, then Saturday night another towed at 12:25am. Tow truck enters prior to midnight, in search of a vehicle. Board reviewed 12-6am no parking rule, deciding to maintain those times. $255 tow fee plus a 3 hour wait at tow lot Sunday for vehicle.
