Meet Kelsey Huggins, CPM® 👋

Leader. Mentor. Former Chef. 🍽️

Kelsey is a Senior Regional Property Manager at Orion Properties, overseeing commercial office assets across seven states. She is currently serving her third year on the IREM Greater Phoenix Board of Directors and has been an active member for seven years.

One of the things Kelsey values most about IREM is the chapter’s strong focus on succession planning, helping ensure long-term leadership, growth, and value for members across the industry.

Outside of work, Kelsey loves cooking for friends and family and even attended culinary school before transitioning into commercial real estate. These days, she also stays busy as a proud softball and baseball mom, serving as chauffeur, chaperone, and official “snack queen” for her kids’ teams. ⚾🥎

Meet Jhenna Gregoire-Zepeda, CPM® 👋

Industrial Property Manager. Student Outreach Leader. Adventure Seeker. ✈️

Jhenna proudly represents JLL and serves on the IREM Greater Phoenix board in Student Outreach. With more than 9 years in commercial property management, she currently oversees a 4 million SF industrial portfolio while leading a team of three.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at concerts, football games, curled up with a good book, or spending time with her family. 📚🏈

Fun facts: Jhenna interned with the New York Mets during college and once went skydiving in South Africa.
