STS Nation: Here's the QR code you can use to sign up for our charity event on Sunday April 21st at 10 am. This workout will be held at STS and following the workout if you have any questions about nutrition, workouts, mindset we will be around to discuss. The cost is $35 and this will get you the workout, some swag and a great time with amazing people!
