Looking for a rental for a mom and two teenage girls. They all need a second chance! Mom is in our bridges workshop and really putting her best foot forward to change her and the girls lives. Feel free to share this info and help us find the right spot for her and the girls to be. If you don’t know of anyplace, say a prayer for them, that will God will open the right doors for her. Thanks!!!

Just a reminder about Monday night question and answer fest with home made cookies and milk. You might ask what is getting ahead? Or how can I get involved? Maybe you might want to take the workshop, or make a meal or tutor kids whose parents want to take the class….come and see. Let’s talk!

Inviting past graduates and friends and anyone that’s wants to hear how this program has impacted some of our graduates, to come have some sweets with us. Who doesn’t like cookies and milk???

We had a great day out at unity in the community today at Tillman Park in Chandler. It seems that God has big things in store for us. Thank you to all who helped set up, brainstorm, and dream about what this program has the potential to do in this community. Many of our graduates were out there today and it was so fun to be able to say hi and visit with everyone.  We did get a picture and one of our graduates and her daughter, Carissa. Carissa went through this getting ahead program about four years ago... wonder if she might share some of her story on here?

We will have applications out at unity in the community in Tillman Park next Saturday, August 17 from 10 to 3. Come fill yours out and apply for class! We now have incentives for attending class… Come talk to us, and find out what that is!
