As we continue highlighting past State Forty Eight Foundation grant recipients, we wanted to take a moment during National Black Business Month to spotlight Daaron, founder of Produce Your Life.

“Visibility matters because it expands what people believe is possible. But visibility also has to lead to opportunity. Supporting Black owned businesses isn’t charity. It means doing business with them, investing in them, partnering with them, and opening doors. Black Business Month can shine a light on these businesses, but the goal should be for great businesses to have opportunities to compete and succeed all year long.”

The Tattoo Fundraiser is back and the flash sheets just dropped! Swipe over to see the all new designs 👀🖤

We're pumped to be teaming up with The Lost Cove Co. and their incredible artists once again, to bring this fundraiser to life on October 17th at State Forty Eight Headquarters.

Oh and did we mention we’re taking it up a notch? Come for the tattoos, stay for the community block party. We’ll be bringing together local businesses, good people, and plenty more to make a whole day out of it.
