My name is Snowball. I am an old, blind, deaf feral cat that lives at one of the seven "feeding stations" in Queen Creek, Arizona. You might be wondering "What is a feeding station?" A feeding station is the link between me and my Angel Lorie. My life and that of 124 of my closest friends depend on the care and compassion shown by Lorie and 4CatsSake supporters. Lorie begins each day, rain or shine, at 4AM by filling a 12 gallon container full of water. Next she mixes dry food together in a large container and opens several cans of wet food for us old guys with bad teeth. She loads everything into her truck, most of the time by light of lantern, and makes her way to three stations. When finished, she heads to her job. My friends and I can rest easier for one more day because our bellies are full and we are not dehydrated. We now have the energy needed to hunt and outwit those darn coyotes that don't have an Angel. We keep busy until Lorie is done working ahd comes back again at dinnertime to feed the 5 other stations before bed. Not only does Lorie feed us, she traps some of my friends who like to "get around," if you know what I mean. She has a local vet that works closely with her. After the have "the talk" with my friends, Lori brings them back and releases them. My friends have their ear "tipped" so Lorie can keep track on those who have had "the talk." "The talk" must really work because afterwards I don't see them with big families anymore. Anyways, that's my life. A life I wouldn't have had for the last 10 years if it weren't for my Angel. Please keep my friends and I in mind. Most of all, keep our Angel Lorie in mind. Please help to lighten her load. Some helpful ways would be donations or PetSmart gift cards. $5 feeds me for a month.
