Preview of what is coming up in September. 1st will be our Annual Labor Day Race...Sept. 7th. Then the following Sunday at Sandy Point will be the 2nd Race...and the Triple Crown will end with a race on the Choptank at Cambridge on Saturday Sept. 26th. So we can call September Skipjack Month in the State of Maryland!

Five Skipjacks in Deal Island Harbor many years ago. We may see many more than this on Labor Day. As of today we have 13 or 14 who have promised to be at the 67th Skipjack Race at
Deal Island. REMINDER - Museum open tomorrow Aug.15th from 11:00 to 3:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00 - Come visit us and
go to Scott's Cove Marina to see 3 or 4 Skipjacks on the bank getting ready for the Labor Day Race!!
