Several community members have asked about helping prep for our Angel Fund dinner. Letting you know that there will be a group starting to prep at the VFW this Thursday afternoon (10/30) anytime after 3pm. If anyone wouid like to come and help out, feel free to just show up! Any help and extra hands are GREATLY WELCOMED! Be sure to bring your favorite knife and peeler! 😇♥️🎅🏻

The COUNTDOWN is on!!! Our Angel Fund dinner is Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at VFW, 600 St John’s Rd, Champlain, starting at noon until sold out!

Here’s the beginning of what you’ve been waiting for… pictures of the beginning of our Chinese Auction items. We will make a separate post of the gift basket & gift card listings.

Mark your calendars - our ANGEL FUND Dinner is set for November 1st, 2025 at VFW Route 11 & St Johns Rd, Champlain. Chinese Auction items are already being donated and picked up.
There will also be LIVE MUSIC in the dining room the day of the event! 🎵♥️🎤

Menu is the delicious Roasted Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, veggies, cranberry sauce, rolls & butter, and Apple crisp and ice cream. Tickets are $15.00 each, and take outs will be available.

Our Benefit is to help Local Children and the Area Food Banks!!
This is to help our North Country children, Seniors, & families, as all proceeds remain in the communities of Champlain, Mooers, Chazy, Ellenburg, Altona, and Rouses Point.
