Parkland College Community Education, in partnership with BDI DataLynk, offers comprehensive Fiber Optics Training designed to prepare you for industry-recognized certifications and in-demand careers. Through a combination of hands-on activities, class discussions, and practical exercises, you'll learn how to build, test, troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain fiber optic networks.

Participants can prepare for the CFOT (Certified Fiber Optics Technician), CFOS/T (Certified Fiber Optics Testing & Maintenance Specialist), and CFOS/S (Certified Fiber Optics Splicing Specialist) certification exams—all administered during the training.
