This October, Deeper Still will offer a free, confidential three-day retreat designed for women and men seeking freedom from the pain, grief, shame, or unanswered questions that can follow an abortion experience. In a safe and compassionate environment, participants are invited to step away from daily responsibilities and encounter God's love, grace, and restoration alongside others on a similar journey. Many who attend describe the retreat as life-changing, finding renewed hope, healing, and freedom. The next retreat will take place October 9-11. We are looking for 5 new volunteers to join the overnight team at Merci’s Refuge and Magnolia House. These volunteers spend time building relationships with residents in the evening and then retire to a private room to stay overnight. They also help ensure the building is secured before lights out and remain available to contact staff if a resident has a need. Questions and inquiries can be directed to [email protected].
