From everyone at Alma Mater Authentics — after two years of handling DWF Foundation’s social media, designing the posters, engaging the members, managing the memorabilia, and pitching in behind the scenes and on tournament day — we’re still buzzing from the 5th Annual Golf Tournament.
Watching the field grow again this year was special. Both the Orange and Blue courses packed with 34 groups is no small feat, and seeing that steady climb in attendance year after year has been one of the most rewarding parts of working with the foundation. We like to think the consistent push on social, the visual content, and the memorabilia efforts have helped fuel some of that growth, and we’re fired up to keep building on it.
A few people deserve a special shout-out. Huge thanks to the Board — Ryan, Larry, Tom, Cam, and Debbie — for the steady leadership. To David and the athletes and friends who made the trip to be part of the day, thank you for showing up and bringing that extra energy. The golf course staff kept everything running smoothly, and every golfer who came out and supported the cause made the whole thing possible.
To our sponsors: your belief in the mission is what keeps this going. And to everyone who played, volunteered, donated, or simply showed support — because of you, the foundation continues to back causes that matter and make a difference.
This event has always been bigger than a round of golf. It’s about creating real opportunities for kids, strengthening communities, and proving what can happen when people pull in the same direction.
