🎓 Old YPT (no 90-minute course completed)?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

⏰ 90-minute course expired more than 6 days ago?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

🔄 90-minute course expired 6 days or less OR still active?
➡️ Refresher course assigned

📧 Renewal emails will direct participants to “My Training”, where they can select “Take Course” or “Retake Course”. The system will automatically guide them to the correct training based on their status.

⚠️ Important note - Anyone who has completed only the refresher without ever completing the full 90-minute course will still need to complete the full course. Clearing the browser cache may be necessary to ensure the “Retake Course” button routes correctly.

Day 1 of Cub Scout Day Camp is in the books, and what an amazing start! From exploring STEM activities and trying their hand at archery and BB shooting to creating unique leather crafts, our Cubs jumped into every adventure with enthusiasm and curiosity. Along the way, they built new friendships, gained confidence, and discovered just how much they’re capable of. We can’t wait to see what the rest of this exciting week has in store!

Dear fellow Scouters,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Wendy Nelson. Wendy lost her courageous battle with cancer this morning.

For those who did not know her, Wendy served on the professional field staff at the Atlanta Area Council. She was a dedicated Scouting professional whose leadership, commitment, and care for others made a lasting impact across our council and beyond.

Wendy fought with incredible strength and grace throughout her journey, and her spirit and contributions will be deeply missed by her Scouting family and all whose lives she touched.

Below is her obituary for those who would like to learn more about her life and legacy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

Scouters walked the walk while they talked the talk about service in Scouting units.

Hightower Trail, along with guests from Soapstone Ridge and council, met up at Roundtable to an impressive result - Knot Guy gained 55 new friends in 45 minutes!

The Paracord Buddies will travel to Cub Scout Day Camp: Dinosaur Adventure (June 1 - 5th) to be given to Scouts that stand out as being "good buddies". (Info Link in comments!)
