Just a quick reminder that the ticket pickup deadline for our mandatory fundraiser has passed. If you haven’t picked up your tickets yet, please make arrangements to do so today (Saturday) from 12:30–12:45 PM or Monday from 5:15–5:45 PM at the concession stand.

Each player receives 5 tickets ($100 total), and this fundraiser is required for your child to be eligible to play. Payment can be made by cash, check, or card.

We are getting excited and ready to kick off what is shaping up to be an amazing 2026 Spring Season! ⚾❤️🖤

As we head into Opening Day, please take a few minutes to review the important information and reminders below:

Team and individual pictures will take place on Opening Day. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time for your scheduled slot.
👉 Please note: There will be NO make-up sessions. If you have any questions or need additional information, please reach out directly to PicsPlus.

🎟️ Mandatory Fundraiser – Hog Feed & Gun Bash
We have been handing out Hog Feed & Gun Bash tickets for the past several weeks.

This is our second mandatory fundraiser for the ball season. Each player will receive 5 tickets to sell at $20 each. This support is critical to maintaining our fields, equipment, and overall program for our kids and community.

Ticket Pickup Dates:
• April 6, April 8, April 13, April 15, April 22 (weather permitting) — 5:30–7:00 PM at the concession stand
• April 11 — during Field Clean-Up
• April 18 (Opening Day) — 10:30 AM–12:00 PM only under the pavilion

‼️ All tickets must be picked up no later than April 22. Please make arrangements to ensure your tickets are picked up.

Payment Options: Cash, check, or card (+$2 processing fee for card payments)

🙋‍♀️ Volunteer Requirement Reminder
All families are required to complete:
✔️ ONE volunteer duty
✔️ In addition to your assigned concession stand duties provided by your Head Coach

We are currently in need of:
• 8U Umpires
• Away Game Field Umpires (for EACH age level game)

👉 Games cannot be played without these roles filled. It truly takes a village, and we need everyone’s support to make this season successful.

If we continue to have gaps in volunteer support, we will need to move back to implementing volunteer checks at the beginning of the season to ensure accountability across all families.

We will have a FULL concession stand open on Saturday, along with a special treat:
🍧 Rita’s Italian Ice Truck will be onsite!

Please come hungry and support—every purchase goes right back into our program!
