Homeless Matters

Homeless Matters had a busy evening serving our community at two wonderful events!

Our first stop was the Trunk or Treat event at Texas Roadhouse, where Larry decorated his trunk and spent the evening handing out candy to local youth.

Meanwhile, Jacqui represented Homeless Matters at the Youth Wellness Fair at Shippensburg High School. She connected with families and handed out hygiene bags to members of our community.

We’re grateful for opportunities like these to connect with our neighbors, support local families, and make a difference in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make both events possible!

Today is an exciting day for the Homeless matters board. Our social media manager, Addison Carbaugh, moved into college for the first time today. She is planning on majoring in social work at Millersville University!

We wish you the best on this new journey and we are so thankful for what you do!

We had an amazing donation to Homeless Matters today! We are blessed with generous people who care and support our children and our community.

Thank you so much Ken Hock, Cory Dick, Josh McCoy, Bill Kalathas, Dean Martin, and Anthony Flythe for the donation for the students in the Chambersburg school district

We want to thank Cheesetown Car Show and Meyers Bus Company for allowing us to be the recipient of this donation. We hope to continue a partnership in the future and we are grateful for their generosity. This donation will help many students and family in Franklin County who are experiencing homelessness.
