Family Care Services, Inc. Family Care Services Family Care Services is a non-profit agency providing programs for children, youth, adults, and families.

Our programs for children and youth include several levels of foster care services, respite services, and permanency and adoption services through the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). We have a Lifesharing program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Programs for families include Family Based Mental Health services and adoption and post-adoption support services.
