For 26 years, God has been faithful to the Capital Vietnamese Christian Fellowship (CVCF) ministry, transforming lives, strengthening faith, and building His Kingdom through our volunteers, alumni, and supporters like you. Together, we've seen hearts touched, leaders grown, and communities impacted for His glory. As we reflect on this journey, we're filled with gratitude for your partnership and God's unending favor.

Every year has its challenges, and this year we are short on funding to cover camp expenses. From July 31 to August 3, 2025, we're hosting our annual summer retreat for 80 participants at Rhodes Grove Retreat Center, themed "For by Grace you have been saved through faith." Please cover us in prayer for this event and consider giving to help us meet this need.

Good Afternoon CVCF Family,

For a quarter century now, CVCF has been marching on with the mission of encouraging and inspiring young Christians to walk with God, live a Christ-centered life, and share the Gospel. I have had the blessing and honor of being part of this ministry and experiencing God working in my own life as well as the lives of many others. I cannot express how grateful I am to be able to serve alongside a team of people who are so faithful to the Lord and wise, and yet so humble and patient. Praise God. It is only by His grace that many lives have been changed through this ministry for so many years.

Going along with our vision to inspire and build up the next generation at local churches, CVCF aims to continually train and encourage new leaders on the staff team. And so it's with immense pleasure and excitement that I announce the new Director to lead our staff team for the next several years!

I would like to introduce and welcome Kevin Nguyen as the new staff/operations team Director. As you may know, Kevin has been serving as the Assistant Director this past year and has served in various ways for CVCF for many years before that. Kevin is a brother to many of us, and those who know him can witness to his love for the Lord and serving others. He has a deep passion for ensuring that God's word is spoken and taught in truth. His boldness in preserving truth speaks to his heart for God and his care for those around him. I am one of those people who Kevin has impacted, and I am truly thankful for having served alongside him in both CVCF and the local church. His character, leadership of his family, and commitment to his local church stood out, making Kevin the right person to lead CVCF into a new era of growth and impact.

I invite you to extend a warm welcome to Kevin Nguyen. He has already been working with the board team on planning out the next several years. His leadership will undoubtedly bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to this ministry with the guidance of the board.

Lastly, I thank you all for the opportunity to serve as part of CVCF. Looking back at these past several years, my heart has been reshaped in so many ways and I would not think it would. And the relationships that I have gained at CVCF are ones that I will cherish and build on for many years to come. I can't wait to see how our God will work in the coming years.
