Cumberland Valley Civil War Round Table MEETINGS: The Cumberland Valley Civil War Roundtable meets on the second Tuesday in September - May. We hold monthly meetings, September through May.

The Cumberland Valley Civil War Roundtable is a group of individuals with a common interest in all aspects of the American Civil War. We have speakers who share presentations on a variety of Civil War related topics.

ARTILLERY OF ANTIETAM!

The Cumberland Valley Civil War Round Table joins with the Shippensburg Area Civil War Round Table, & the Hagerstown Civil War Round Table for the second part of the Artillery of Antietam Tour with Jim Rosebrock on Saturday, May 30, 2026. We will meet at the Antietam Visitors Center by 9:00 AM that morning.

All are welcome! Be prepare to share in the expense and with a tip for Jim Rosebrock.

Start planning now. Car-pooling is strongly encouraged, as we expect a large turnout, but some of the tour stops have very limited parking.

The Gettysburg Campaign took 51 days traversing 215 miles. Tons happened before and after the 3 day sit down Battle of Gettysburg. Author, NPS Ranger, and Gettysburg Magazine editor, Dan Welch will take us on a campaign ride from his Savas Beatie book: The Last Road North: A Guide the the Gettysburg Campaign, 1863. Buckle up for a whirlwind of a journey.
