A heartfelt thank you to all of the ladies who generously donated food to help keep Our Lady of Prompt Succor’s Little Red Box Food Pantry stocked during the summer months.

Because of your kindness and generosity, this marks the fifth time that Debbie Coulon, who spearheaded this Ladies Auxiliary outreach project, has been able to fill the pantry. It was especially heartwarming to see two of Debbie’s granddaughters lending a helping hand and learning the importance of serving others and giving back to our community.

Your donations are making a real difference for families in need, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped make this possible.

Thank you again to everyone who donated, and a very special thank you to Debbie Coulon for leading this meaningful Ladies Auxiliary endeavor. Together, we continue to make a difference one act of kindness at a time.

What a wonderful way to kick off our year together!

Yesterday, the Rummel Ladies Auxiliary gathered for our first social of the year, the July Family Barbecue hosted by the Knights of Columbus Rummel Council 5747. The food was delicious, the fellowship was even better, and it was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together as sisters in service.

We are incredibly grateful to Rummel Council 5747 for their generous donation in recognition of our commitment to serving at the Louisiana Crawfish Festival and supporting the Council throughout the year. The mission of the Rummel Ladies Auxiliary is to assist the Knights of Columbus Rummel Council 5747, and this continued partnership is a testament to what can be accomplished when we work together for a common purpose.

We were also honored to present our very first Sister of the Month award for July to our Vice President, Bertha Gutierrez. Bertha, thank you for your dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our organization. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

It was wonderful to see such a packed house, and I especially want to thank the ladies who volunteered to serve on our Social Committee. Without hesitation, you stepped up to help, proving that we truly are stronger when we work together.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make our first social such a success. We are looking forward to a year filled with sisterhood!
