The Spring Valley Community is made up of 128 homes. Full membership to the Spring Valley Civic Association grants access to the beautiful community lake for fishing and swimming, and the Indian Mound grounds. Senior and fair-share membership options are available. All residents of Spring Valley are welcome to annual events. The Board of Trustees for 2013 include:
