Chagrin Valley Jaycees

A little nostalgia from October, 1964! This clipping shows young scarecrow stuffers at Triangle Park taking part in Oktubafest, hosted by the Jaycees. We love looking back at the memories and community traditions the Jaycees have helped create through the years.
