If anyone is a member, has any interest in becoming a member, renting the building for a party, or you just want to know what’s going on please like this page so we can help you keep track of events we will be having or any other information we need to get out to everyone!

We will post when Dues are due, when fair tickets are ready to members, meeting dates and any other events here to try to inform as many people as possible.

FAIR PASSES FOR MEMBERS…

As you may be aware, the association experienced a transition of board members at the beginning of this year. This led to some difficulties in updating our membership records and distributing fair passes. If you have received your fair passes, please ensure you have them with you and present them to the gate attendant as usual. If you do not have your passes, a list of members and their number if passes will be available at the gate and with select board members. Simply provide your name and you will be let through. If you are a member who has not been contacted this year and think you may not be on the list, please contact me promptly at 910-918-0555. You will be asked your name and reason for calling, and it will connect you to me. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are committed to preventing such issues in the future.

Ok everyone, we are selling raffle tickets for a Yeti Roadie cooler. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchesed from any board member. They will also be sold at the association booth at the fair and the gate where we punch tickets for members to enter. If anyone would like get some please help us raise money to do repairs to the building and range! DRAWING WILL BE SUNDAY OCTOBER 12th. Attendance not required. Winner will be notified by phone and will be posted on this page!
