Your dedication, resilience, and willingness to compete in one of the toughest events in track & field have paid off in a huge way. You didn’t just represent yourself—you represented your family, your teammates, your coaches, and the Falcons with excellence.

This weekend was special.

PR after PR… you could feel the growth, the confidence, the work showing up in real time. Our Falcons didn’t just compete—they represented. Sharp, unified, and carrying themselves with pride—every lane, every pit, every throw reflected who we are as a team.

And then to top it off… having Bernard Lagat at practice? That was more than a moment—that was inspiration in motion. A living example of what consistency, humility, and greatness look like up close.
