YOGA CLASSES...... See the flyer for details. This class is great for Beginners to Advanced. Ms. Patino, our Yoga Instructor is quite knowledgeable, personable, patient and helpful. She makes the hour enjoyable, informative and relaxing. COME JOIN US and try it for yourself. Monday nights 6pm (check in 5:45pm). As a person attending this class, I look forward to it every Monday night. I'm a beginner and my priorities are balance, stretching and de-stressing. If I can do this, anyone can. Hope to see you there.
