Dear Residents,

Pool season is just around the corner! The Asher View Pool will open on Saturday, May 23rd for the season. Please review the following important information so that you are able to enjoy the pool all summer long.
All owners must be current in their assessments to use the pool! If you have tenants, they will not receive pool passes if your account is delinquent. If your assessment account becomes delinquent during the pool season, your passes and all household member or tenant passes will be revoked until it is made current.
All residents must register for a pool pass online, even if you had one last year. Registration is open and you may use the link below to access the online pool pass application. During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to receive an e-pass or a classic hard copy card-style pass. E-passes are the preferred option and allow you to download your pass(es) directly to your phone or other device at no cost. If you opt for a classic card pool pass you will be responsible for the $5 per card fee, and Access Granted will mail the passes directly to you.
During the registration process, you will be prompted to upload proof of address for all members over the age of 18. This may be in the form of a state issued identification card, driver’s license, or a utility bill showing your name and address. Tenants must also upload the top page of their lease. Passes will not be issued without this information. This information must be provided every year!

Pool Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday – When school is IN session: CLOSED

Monday - Thursday – When school is NOT in session: 1pm-8pm, Friday 1pm-9pm

Saturday 12 pm-8pm, Sundays 12pm-6pm and Holidays 11am-8pm

Fairfax County Public Schools close on June 17th and reopen August 24th.

The pool rules are enacted for the safety of all users and lifeguards. All pool-goers agree to follow the rules and understand that their pool passes may be revoked if they are unable to do so. Access to the pool will not be allowed without a pass.

Registrations will be processed weekly but not on weekends. All registrations must be completed by Weds May 20th to ensure approval by opening day. Any applications received after May 20th will not be guaranteed approval by opening day.

The Asher View Board of Directors will be holding a board meeting on Weds, May 6, 2026 at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Asher View Clubhouse, second floor located at 6100 Beddingfield Ct.
Agenda items will include financial and community updates. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting. There will be an open forum at the beginning of the meeting for residents to address the board and management. We hope to see you tonight!

Dear Residents,

On Wednesday, April 1st Dominion Paving will be installing one speed bump on Asher View, and removing the speedbump at Beddingfield Court and Beddingfield Way.

While the roads will not be completely blocked, there will be trucks and equipment maneuvering in the road which may cause brief delays, mainly between 7am and 10am.

Please consider allowing a few minutes extra entering and existing these roads on the 1st. You do not need to reschedule deliveries or contractors scheduled for that day - the roads will not be closed.

This work predominantly impacts the residents of Beddingfield Court, Beddingfield Way, Asher View, and Kendra Way.

We were made aware that Patriot Disposal did not pickup recycling yesterday. The driver got sick during the route and had to stop service but all recycling is to be collected today, Thursday 2/19.

***Trash Service Suspended***

Dear Residents,

Due to poor road conditions throughout their service area, Patriot Disposal has suspended their service tomorrow, Tuesday 1/27/26. They will collect trash on Friday, your next regularly scheduled service day.
Please do not place containers at the curb or in the road.

Dear Residents,

With snow in the forecast, it is important that you understand “who does what” before, during, and after a snow event.
The community streets are treated and plowed by a private contractor. Generally, this begins at 2-3 inches. The Board of Directors and management work with the contractor to determine any treatment needs. There are several factors in deciding to pre- or post-treat streets, including anticipated temperatures and additional precipitation.
Before it snows, plan your parking! The goal is always to plow from curb to curb so that you have the widest drive lanes possible. When cars are parked on the street, the plow drivers are unable to achieve this. Please try to park all cars in your driveway if you have one, or park in overflow parking areas. Your driveway, and cars parked in spaces or on the street, will have snow pushed against them. There is no way for any plow driver to lift their plow to avoid creating a mound in these areas. This is an unavoidable issue.
All residents are responsible for shoveling both their leadwalk and any sidewalk adjacent to their property – front, side, or back. It is critical that you do this after the snow event so that sidewalks are clear for first responders, pedestrians, and your neighbors with limited and assisted mobility. If you have a neighbor than cannot shovel their sidewalk, please consider lending a hand!

New year, new sticker!
The new state inspection sticker color is blue!

As a reminder, all vehicles parked in Asher View are required to display current state inspection and registration stickers. Commercial vehicles are also prohibited from parking overnight in Asher View. Check our website for a copy of the current parking regulations.

Virginia State Police (VSP) announced Tuesday, Dec. 30, several updates to its inspection stickers for drivers in the Commonwealth starting next year.
