🔥Join Centred Outdoors around the campfire for a summer solstice celebration! This solstice marks the official start of summer and the longest day of the year – a time when the Earth’s tilt brings us the most daylight and invites us to slow down and savor the season.

Participants are invited to share a poem, short story, or a song with a group as we enjoy each other's company during this community-focused event🌸🌿

Have you been thinking about coming to the gathering but haven't signed up yet? Here are 10 reasons you should join us!

TEN reasons why you should attend the Hawthorn Gathering - Register here https://hawthornbotanicalgathering.com/register/

1. Learn from our amazing teachers - our teachers are coming from all across Pennsylvania, and we also have two teachers joining us from out of state:

Jessicka Nebesni is joining us from our sponsor Mountain Rose Herbs and will be offering a medicine making class with all supplies included! Mountain Rose Herbs

Beatrice Muhlenbruch is joining us from Florida and is offering “The Croning” a class inviting us to embrace transition, menopause and the wisdom years. Crone House LLC

2. Drink endless tea, kombucha and lovingly herbal-crafted beverages all day long. Keystone Cultures Co.

3. Enjoy a day celebrating nature at our beautiful venue Rhoneymeade. Rhoneymeade

4. Meet the makers and growers: Get an opportunity to meet people creating the herbal products you may use or want to use - including a representative from Mt. Rose Herbs.

5. Get some TLC by visiting our Herbal Care tent with the PA Herb school or getting an ear acupuncture session with Tammy.

6. Meet new people that are on the herbal path.

7. Build your apothecary: Choose from a variety of classes to gain knowledge and even make items to take home. There is also a free medicine making table at lunchtime with the PA School of Herbalism! You can also Forage at our goodie table for a gift to take home

8. Get new herbal seeds and visit a working herb garden! Everyone that attends will receive a seed packet from our sponsor Strictly Medicinal Herbs. You can also check out the seed swap box at the CommuniTea Herb Garden, a working herb garden on site!

9. Immerse yourself in herbalism: How often do you have a day (or two) to fully immerse yourself in this beautiful practice? Don’t miss it this year!

10 . Need a reason to join us on Friday? Join the Co-Founders of HBG, as we explore the history, tradition, art and science of herbal medicine through Calamus, Tulsi and Elder. Followed by a class with Jennifer T. on the basics of flower alchemy preparation. Attendees will experience the floral “essences” made at Rhoneymeade and be gifted one to take. A joyous evening of blossoming!

Bonus Point: Join the ‘bring a friend’ raffle: Tell a friend about this gathering. If they register, you are both entered to win some local goodies at closing circle. (Note: There is a box at checkout where they should enter your referral name!)
