We are taking entries all the way to Friday! We are not going to cancel no matter the team count. We are a new committee for this event, and want to take this back to the level it was years ago. The first step in that is rebuilding the competitors trust! So no last minute cancelations! So no matter if you're top 5 in the country, or never cooked a contest before, we'd be thrilled to have you come to downtown Centralia!!

Friday, September 8th in the downtown square gazebo, we have booked Mikey Lanini for a few hours of listening entertainment. Mikey is an up and coming singer & song writer from southeast Missouri. He was discovered by several Centralians who were visiting a Hermann venue a few years ago and has since picked up a great local following.
Mikey is a Marine, a father of a three year old son, an electrician by trade, and can play just about anything from classic country hits to present day red dirt music. We plan to have food vendors and plenty of great sounds on hand, you don't want to miss this!

The Kid's Que allows kids from 5-10 and 11-15 years of age to prepare and turn in their best burger for the judges to sample. Parents can help with the grilling if needed.
