- Successful completion of DSP certification within 120 days from official hire date (with our guidance)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (May be required to lift residents)

- Capability of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, stooping

- Ability to use electronic devices for resident care documentation and employee attendance timekeeping

- Successful completion of a fingerprint based Criminal Background Check in

accordance with the Health Care Worker Registry and any

other required background or registry checks.

- Possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License or State ID.

This position would be responsible for providing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities while helping them to meet their personal goals. No experience is necessary--training will be provided! We're offering a daily pay option through Payactiv and Holiday Uplift pay for all employees. As a full-time Food Services Supervisor/Cook, you would be responsible for the following:
- Preparing meals in accordance with company dietary standards, policy and procedures, as well as each resident’s dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintaining a clean working environment which includes sanitization of surfaces and cooking appliances, washing dishes, and storing food away in an organized manner.
- Supervising and training kitchen staff in daily functions

We're looking for a positive, caring, and hardworking individual with proven leadership skills to serve as a shift supervisor at our Park Place location. Individual must be team oriented and motivated to train direct care staff to provide the highest quality healthcare to our residents.
