What a great turnout today at Clemson Paw Partners for the feral day.
Thank you to all the colony feeders who reached out asking for help with their kitties for spay/neuter and to those who trapped themselves and helped become part of the solution.

We hit up a total of 8 colonies and took kitties from all. Some only had one to go, others had several.
We had a total of 22 receive their alteration today.
Thank you to the newest trapper with us Alyssa. She rocked it this week.

Thank you to the CCA for what you do to help those who need it!

Thank you to all the vets and the staff at CPP for all that you do as well.

We all have to work together to make a difference and help the kitties. THAT is the end goal!!!!

This is the reality when doing TNR on ferals.
It happens.
This year so far we had two mommas give birth while in the trap the night before surgery.
One mom has been spayed already.
The other ended up with what the vet thinks is either kidney disease or possibly gestational diabetes.
She’s feral so she’s being treated as best as possible. Her babies though are little furballs of sweetness.

Well hello. Thank you for your patronage….. next time don’t give birth when you are here for spay and neuter. Please. This is a feral mom so moving her out of the litter box to a clean cage was a significant challenge. We overcame.

Would love to see churches in this area start up programs like this!

A heartwarming partnership is giving hope to the many stray cats and animals living around a local church by providing them with the care and protection they deserve.

Boy this is the truth but I sure do love every single one of my rescues! I feel certain they love me back too cause they want to sleep on top of me, all around my head, holding my hand with his paws and another wants to sleep with his head in my hand. The others just sleep on the bed wherever they find room.

Last week was a very productive week!
We had over a dozen cats that will furever more have happy, healthier lives.
A big thank you to the colony feeders who asked to learn how to trap and were able to successfully trap their own cats!!
