we are excited to support Fully Equipped, a local fishing ministry led by Danny Cobb. Fully Equipped hosts fishing rodeos right here in Anderson County, providing children and their families an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, learn to fish, and most importantly, hear the life-changing message of the gospel.

Through these events, relationships are built that open the door for encouragement and character development. Fully Equipped is not just teaching kids how to fish—it’s equipping them for life and eternity.

Due to heavy rain forecast, the Fishing Rodeo has been cancelled. We will either try to reschedule for a day in the next few weeks or move it to the spring. We will post plans as soon as we have them. Thank you all for your support.

Our next event is September 14th! Our team is getting ready making sure our bags are packed, our rods are set up, and our volunteers are signed up.

This is a free event for all participants.

Lastly, each Fishing Rodeo costs $22 a child to put on. We love this ministry and the platform it gives us to proclaim the name of Jesus. If you’d be interested in sponsoring a child, you can do so through Venmo at -Branch or at https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=3CFKJGLK6VZKY. Just make sure you put “Fully Equipped Fishing” in the note so we know it’s for us!
