Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control the Suffolk County Caribbean Cultural Association's Long Island Carnival is cancelled for tomorrow. Our permits were withdrawn yesterday morning and we continued working tirelessly with the government officials but they were not interested in working with us and supporting our cultural efforts. We sincerely apologize to all of our supporters and everyone who planned to support the carnival.
