✨️Tomorrow our Duct work will be cleaned and ready for HVAC to come and turn our heat on..
We're so excited to also have the cable needed to connect more of our electric and change out the fluorescent lights for LED...

Now almost ready to be fully operational which means more things will start happening. Like workshops to train volunteers, board members and staff on trauma and descalation of situations plus many more needed workshops to work with folks on a more professional basis...We're looking forward to being the center our neighbors and county deserve.

🚨Homelessness and human trafficking are deeply interconnected issues, with housing instability being a major risk factor for exploitation. Traffickers prey on the vulnerabilities of individuals lacking basic needs like safe shelter, food, and a support system.

January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
Human trafficking can happen in any community, often hidden in plain sight.

We’re sharing this infographic from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Blue Campaign to help educate the public on warning signs to watch for. Knowing what to look for and speaking up can help prevent human trafficking and protect victims.

The Kentucky State Police remains committed to enforcing the laws of the Commonwealth, investigating these crimes, and working with partners to hold traffickers accountable.

If you suspect human trafficking, report it. You can submit a tip by visiting https://www.kentuckystatepolice.ky.gov/tip or calling 1-800-222-5555. Awareness saves lives.

As much as we truly appreciate our community’s generosity with clothing donations, we’re going to ask everyone to please pause on clothing for now 😊
We’ve been so blessed that clothing has completely taken over our office space.
From now until further notice, we’ll only be reaching out for items we are currently in need of for our neighbors.
This pause applies to clothing only.
We are still accepting blankets, tents, tarps, and other basic-needs items.
Thank you for always showing up for our community — your support means more than you know. 💙
