People needed to help call daily to help the little guy get what was pd for! 2 yrs ago in 2024, we bought a Maytronics Maytronics dolphin. Delivered to our pool rep SCP Distributors broken! Begged for a replacement bc unit arrived unusable & was told it was coming & 1yr later in 2025 we were sent a reconditioned model with No Serial # that broke 2 months into use. Still under warranty bc it never was a new workable unit. Maytronics Rep for Baton Rouge Mike Rayden with a Florida # promised us he would Finally get us a new unit - that was Mar 2nd. He now doesn't answer calls from me, sends to VM, and even our pool supply company is sent to VM.
Who wants to help us call him and get us our Promised New Dolphin.
I figure - 20 calls a day leaving messages should do it! Community Haven of Central is tired of being discarded and passed over! This was a ~$4000 unit! Who's in?
