A little Find Your Joy update! 🩷

We’ve made some changes to the website to keep up with all the exciting things happening lately, and one of the most efficient additions is finally live.

If you’ve donated clothing, shoes, accessories, hygiene items, or other essentials to Find Your Joy, you can now visit the website and request an in-kind donation receipt for your records. The form allows you to list your donated items and their value, and you’ll receive a printable receipt once it’s reviewed and approved.

This should make record-keeping much easier, especially for those of you who have donated over the past several months while we were busy building, growing, and trying to keep all the plates spinning at once. 😊

If you’ve been meaning to get documentation for a past donation, now’s the perfect time.

Thank you for helping us fill racks, stock shelves, and make sure women in our community have access to the clothing, personal care items, and essentials they need. Every donation makes a difference.

The zinnias are showing off this week. 🩷🌸

At Eden Hill Farm, we’ve stocked the flower cabinet with fresh-cut blooms, brown kraft paper, ribbon, vases, and cards so you can create a bouquet that’s ready to brighten someone’s day.

Take flowers for your kitchen table. Take flowers to a friend who’s struggling. Take flowers home to your wife “just because.” Take flowers because they make you smile.

There is a donation box if you’d like to contribute, but please don’t ever feel obligated. The flowers are here to spread joy first and foremost.

So come wander through the blooms, cut what you love, and take a little joy home with you.

Something beautiful is blooming in Downtown Centerville. 🌸

For quite some time, Bloom Boutique has been quietly serving women in our community. We’ve helped however and wherever we could, but we’ve never had a space of our own.

That’s about to change.

Very soon, Bloom Boutique will open its doors in Centerville, creating a welcoming space where women can shop with privacy, dignity, and encouragement.

Our first initiative is providing confidence-building attire with real life, work, and other opportunities in mind. As we grow, we hope to connect women with additional resources through partnerships and community support.

This has been a labor of love, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

I really hoped we’d be fully open by May 1st… and we’re not quite there yet. 😅

But honestly, one of the biggest reasons is this: the amount of clothing donations we’ve received has absolutely blown us away.

Every rack in these photos is because somebody cared enough to give. Every bin, every hanger, every pile we’re sorting through represents generosity from people who believe in what Bloom Boutique is becoming. 🩷

So this week has looked a lot like this:
sorting, organizing, rearranging racks for the 47th time, making room for more donations, and trying to turn all of it into a space that feels warm, peaceful, and dignified for the women who will shop here.

That’s Katie in the middle of the chaos helping me keep it all moving. We are deeply thankful.

We’re getting closer every single week, and we’re hoping Bloom Boutique will be officially open in our new location on Centerville Square, sometime this month. Thank you all for helping us build this piece by piece.
