Stu's Country Mile 5K

Stu's Country Mile 5K Started in 1975 as part of the first 4th of July Celebrtation, Stu's Country Mile is an integral part of the annual Leon County 4th of July Funtier Days.

Stewart Gregory started this race in 1975 as part of the first 4th of July Celebration in Centerville, TX. Since then the Gregory Family, along with volounteers, has worked to make sure this event fun and exciting for all participants. The race offers a one mile fun run for kids up to age 12 and a 5K for anyone interested and able! We have runners from across the region come and participate in thi

s family friendly event! If you are looking for a fun race and a place to celebrate America's freedom, then come on to Centerville on July 4th and join the fun!

❤️Please pick up your race packet between 6:30-7:00 a.m. If you still need to register, you can walk up and do that with us during that time as well.
(walk up registration will be $30 - please have cash or check)

🤍Race will kick off at 7:30 a.m.! I will post the route for the race below. Also, we will have 2 water stations for you along the route.

💙Shortly after the race, we will announce top 3 from each category and hand out scholarships!
