How much do you know about Centerburg Senior Services? Let's do a small test!
1. Did you know we offer hot meals on wheels M-F to seniors?
WE DO! It's for seniors living in Milford, Hilliar, Liberty twps and inside the village of Centerburg.
2. Did you know we offer a program called Wisdom Wheels?
WE DO! It's for seniors in the same areas as our meal route. We can pick you up after our route on a Wednesday or Friday and take you to the following places: Hometown Market Centerburg, Centerburg Interchurch Social Services, Dollar General and Centerburg Public Library for food or a book!
3. Did you know we have a washing machine and dryer inside our center?
WE DO!! Ellinger Plumbing (Lisa's son Colston works there) plumbed in our washer/dryer for us a few weeks ago. If you are a senior and your washer is broken, or you currently use the laundromat this is for you! Come do your laundry for free right here at the center!
4. Did you know we offer multiple activities at our center?
WE DO!! We are here from 9am-3:30pm M-F. Always people here, playing games, drinking coffee and exercising every morning. We then have afternoon movies, Bingo, painting and much more! It's a hangout place for seniors over 60 in Knox County!
5. Did you know we are funded by the Knox County Senior Levy?
WE ARE!! The Knox County Senior Levy is how we operate! If we didn't have this levy, we would have to make lots of cuts on activities and staff just to keep the doors open!
6. Did you know the Knox County Senior Levy is on the NOV 3rd ballot for renewal this year?
IT IS!!! Please consider voting yes for our levy so we can continue doing what we do for the seniors in Knox County!
If you have any questions regarding any of our services, please call us at 740-625-5056.

Thank you,
Lisa Wilson
