We have successfully concluded Week 3 of the Heart of Ohio Farmers' Market. The pleasant evening, which was 20 degrees cooler than last week, drew a good crowd of about 95, including many new faces. We are pleased to announce the addition of Deep Blue Coffee as a regular vendor to the market. Who sampled their coffee - which blend did you like or purchase? Next week, we will be hosting Kitchen Table Bakery, a guest vendor offering an assortment of sourdough bread and bagels. July promises to be an exciting month at the market, with special guests, vendors, and activities planned for children! Plan to visit us at Bell Park in Centerburg on Thursday evenings 4:30-7:00 pm. Vendor Highlight-Bees & Bakes, Cheryl is a third year bee keeper located in Centerburg and lightly filters local raw wildflower honey spun from their hives. She began baking sourdough in 2023 and fell in love with all things sourdough. Cheryl bakes artisan bread, bagels, English muffins, focaccia, sweet breads, sandwich loaves, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and more.

Something new is brewing as we welcome a new vendor to the market, Deep Blue Coffee. Deep Blue Coffee Roasters is a small-town, veteran-owned coffee roasting company dedicated to treating people right and producing exceptional, fresh roasted coffee! They source high-quality coffee beans and craft small-batch roasts with bold flavor. Who wants to set up as a guest vendor this week at the Heart of Ohio Farmers Market? If you have a unique product such as BBQ sauce, Dip Mixes, Freeze Dried Candy, Flowers, or handcrafted goods just to name a few, we would love for you to be our guest. The $25 fee to setup provides a 10x10 space for you to sell your goods! Many compliments we have already heard is that our variety of products we are offering is great! We love it when our vendors sell out!! Nora Lane Bakery

Thankful for everyone who stopped by Heart of Ohio Farmers’ Market last night! We completely sold out and I think all of the bread was gone in about 20 minutes 😳 I will definitely be baking extra for next week, so I hope to see everyone next Thursday!

Week two of the 2026 Heart of Ohio Farmers’ Market is officially complete. Despite the heat, community support remained strong, with 109 attendees—including many new faces and lots of kids. We were excited to welcome a new vendor, The Veggie Patch, and look forward to fresh produce they will offer. Market moolah and senior tokens were quickly disbursed and we thank our local business sponsors and the Knox County Task Force of Aging Adults for their sponsorship of these iniatives. Special thanks to Nina Campbell from The Payne-Campbell Group - Red 1 Realty for being our business sponsor this evening. With a wide variety of products available, it was another wonderful evening in the Burg. Thank you to everyone who made it possible. See you next week!
