Harrison County: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. You can reach us at (903)-934-9892

Upshur County: 1st & 3rd Mondays and every Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. You can reach us at (903)-842-0604
